Silly Pinterest, you have me daydreaming hardcore!  Dreaming of what, you may ask?  Well, dreaming of a little of this...

And a little of that...

I miss being a homeowner -- I want to be able to decorate and paint and do what I please without getting in trouble for it.  ;)  Don't get me wrong, I'm okay with living in an apartment.  I don't have to deal with maintenance or outside work.  And if the fridge croaks, all I have to do is call and they'll fix it or get me another one.  But really.  There's nothing quite like having your own house and I miss that!

It'll likely be a long while before I can get into something like the above, especially with the rising mortgage rates, but I can keep pinning away on my imaginary house!

Are you wishing for anything in particular?  Home or otherwise?  Since I'm a bit of an information junkie, I've been reading up a bit on the HARP refinance program, if you're looking to refinance, it may be something to check in to!
