These are a pair of my favorite things..

Okay, so *technically* they're a pair, but they're one individual thing.  It works, right?

This is completely unsponsored and whatever, I LOVE these and I want to profess that to the world.

"These" being my Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones, one of the best Christmas presents this girl has ever received.  As you can see, they're very well loved.  You may or may not know I'm a WAHM, a transcriptionist, trying to "hear" through all the daily hustle and bustle in my lovely little apartment.  These noise reduction headphones help tone down the bedlam reigning down around me.

You know you truly love something when you wear the poor thing out.  I've had them right about 3 years, and if you know anyone who wears headphones on a daily basis for hours at a time, you know that finding something you actually WANT to wear for that long and you're not itching to find something new is no easy task.

I am so, so grateful that Bose offers reasonably priced replacement parts and pieces for just about ever piece of these that you could possibly need.  I obviously need to get some new ear cushions and that will happen as soon as, well, I have the $$ available.

You guys have no idea what these things have been through.  I'm not the most graceful human being, and I'm thankful on numerous occasions throughout the week that these have a breakaway type cord connecting them to the computer.  Do you KNOW how many times I've gotten myself tangled up in them in one way or another?  It's ridiculous.  No one should be as clumsy as I am, but there we have it.  Inferior products would have snapped and broken by now, but these babies are still going strong!  They've stood up to my idiot (I love you Patches) cat trying to chew on their cord and they were even in my bag (not in their case..oops!) when a pop can blew up.  I just wiped them down and they're good as ever!

I can't say enough good things about them, but if they ever do die to the point of no resurrection or repair, I'll save my pennies until I can buy another pair.

They're just that amazing.

I also realize that I referred to an inanimate object throughout this post as if it were a living creature of some type.  Oops.
